Dietmonsta Delivery

Dietmonsta foam box allows the meals to remain cold and fresh for up to 48 hours. If you happen to miss the delivery, our logistic partner will be in touch with you to arrange a second delivery attempt. Alternatively, you may collect it yourself at the closest branch.

Missed delivery (Outstation)

Missed delivery (Klang Valley)

If you missed your allocated delivery time slot, there would be additional delivery charges for the second delivery attempt.

Special arrangements

If you're travelling and need us to send your deliveries to any hotel or specific address, we would be able to do so as long as you notify us accordingly and if it's within the stipulated delivery location. We want to ensure you don't need to take a break from your favourite diet meal wherever you are.

Dietmonsta Packaging

Meals are prepared fresh daily and arrive ready to eat, pop them in the microwave and enjoy. Your meals will come in a vivid yellow and black reusable waterproof thermal bag. The box is filled with food-grade ice packs for outstation delivery to preserve freshness. We handle packaging very delicately and securely side by side, so they do not move around during transit and look inviting when they arrive at your doorstep.

Storing & Heating Dietmonsta Meals

Our packaging options provide versatility depending on your usage. Your meals will come in either black boxes or vacuum-sealed packaging. Our food does not contain preservatives, and these packaging methods help maintain freshness. We suggest you place them in the fridge as soon as possible. Black box storage life is based on the best before date and can last one (1) month in the freezer. Vacuum-sealed meals will stay fresh for five (5) days in the refrigerator or three (3) months in the freezer.

Enjoy a healthy serving of a nutritious meal anywhere between 2 to 4 minutes. To optimise taste, we suggest thawing frozen meals, especially meals containing vegetables and fish. For the black box, peel off the wrapper and instantly pop it in the microwave. Meanwhile, cut the bag and throw it on a microwave-safe plate before microwaving the meal for the vacuum-sealed option.

Nutrient Count

We know you love keeping track of macros, and we want to ensure you have seamless access to information. Our programs are designed to have ideal calorie, macro and micronutrient levels. Ingredient details and counts of calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates are printed on the packaging and available on the website for ease and convenience. We encourage you to try out a few plans, see how your body feels and opt for the one you think works best. You can be in control of your macros by ordering A La Carte options. You can order the exact meal you want to achieve your goals.
